Greetings ACCORD friends!

We're pleased to continue in these pages the exploration of Change Across Cultures that we began in the last issue. Our collection of articles look at this topic from various angles: the dynamics of change that occur when bringing two cultures together in a merger; the perspectives of a South African change consultant working in Canada; and the experience of working as a change consultant in the international development arena. You'll also find a final installment of Kevin Quinn's exploration of shared leadership that continues to shine a spotlight on ACCORD's very own co-presidents, Jo Ellen Logan and Duncan Holmes. But first, we'll begin with some reflections from our two leaders on the impressive achievements and exciting directions of the organization.
