We are an association of professionals - organization development practitioners, management consultants, trainers and community development specialists. Our mission is to build an increased personal and collective capacity for helping our clients bring about positive organization and social change. We do this by developing ourselves, our professional awareness and competency in facilitating methodologies for the different stages of creative change. ACCORD was incorporated in February 1995.
