Expect:
An interactive experience! You may have experienced communities of practice, leadership cafes, and Open Space Experiences. We are inviting you to participate with us in forming Wisdom Circles using the wisdom in the room on May 27th!
Presenters:
All of You and Suzanne Killick, Brenda Blum, Susan Goodfellow, Maria Milanetti – ACCORD members
We will follow the following recipe for our Wisdom Circles:

- We will choose topics from a list of alternatives the group may be interested in including: Coaching, Session Design, Appreciative Inquiry, Developmental Evaluation, Fun in the Workplace, and Mentoring – Other Suggestions Welcome!
- We will brainstorm about what we know about the skill
- Two of us will do a demonstration in “fish bowl” format of how the skill works in a ten minute demonstration
- We will observe what we have seen and comment on it
- We will break into small groups to discuss how we might apply our learning day-to-day
