Appreciative Inquiry –
Change at the Speed of Imagination

In this interactive session, Mo McKenna, founder of mentoring with MOmentum Ltd., will introduce the philosophy and principles of Appreciative Inquiry (AI).   AI is a powerful process for engaging employees and energizing positive sustainable change.   

Some of the concepts you will be introduced to include:  
§          The future we create is determined by the questions we ask that release untold stories;
§          Asking strength-based questions reveals the essentially positive core of an organization.  

This positive core holds the key to successful change initiative.    What we ASK determines what we DISCOVER...What we DISCOVER determines how we TALK...What we TALK about determines how we DREAM together ...How we DREAM together determines what we DESIGN and CREATE together.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of Connection Events and the National Club policy, please note that pre-payment of the Connection Event fee cannot be refunded without written notice of cancellation one week prior to the event. Substitutions are welcome. Cancellations received less than one week prior to the event will be billed the registration fee to cover the costs associated with your registration.
