Organizations can often feel like a maze -- be they relationships, communications, procedures or implementations. The “Electric Maze”, an indoor, interactive learning device, demonstrates the exponential power of teams, when they are comprised of empowered individuals, united by a shared strategy. Peter Senge highlighted the value of the “Electric Maze” as a team learning "practice field" in “The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook”. The “Electric Maze” develops the essential Teamwork, Leadership, and Systemic Thinking skills needed for competitive, responsive organizations and helps to create an accelerated learning environment for enhancing individual and group performance. The “Electric Maze” is a widely used and popular device providing a powerful learning experience, yet requires little physical effort. Its unique design assures that these activities are safe and appropriate at all organizational levels, regardless of age, physical condition or cultural orientation. Simple programming of the Maze creates a training environment that can be tailored to meet diverse learning goals.
