Ingrid
Richter, PhD (Management) is deeply appreciated by her clients for her
profound insights on social and systemic dimensions of behavior in
organizations and communities. She brings a compassionate and
supportive focus on the courage and skill required for individuals and
groups to create the change they want to see in the world. She excels
at asking questions that deepen inquiry and open up new perspectives.

Ingrid
has 20 years of experience working in government, non-profit and
business settings in a variety of roles: from front line to senior
management. She has worked nationally and internationally
facilitating organization learning strategy, leadership development,
and organizational change. Ingrid’s current research interests are
focused on societal change. She is an adjunct faculty member at Royal
Roads University and the University of Toronto. In the last few years
she has done a number of international projects which involve
multi-stakeholder engagement, organizational learning, and
capacity-building through leadership development.
Ingrid
has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from McGill University, a Masters
degree in Workplace Learning and Change from the University of Toronto.
Her PhD research focused on executive learning and organizational
learning.
