Judith Michael is the principal of Judith Michael & Associates, consultants specializing in Organization Development and Coaching since 1988.  She specializes in working with individuals, teams and organizations in the private, public and not for profit sectors to increase performance and levels of satisfaction.  People call Judith in times of change, conflict, or to meet new challenges.  Her style reflects her ability to connect with people to help them to develop their best selves.
