Laughter Yoga Plus
This quick energizing session reduces stress and boosts morale. There is no need for a yoga mat or any spandex just comfortable clothing. Find out why Laughter Yoga has spread to over 50 countries and was recently featured on CNN and Oprah. If you can laugh, you can do Laughter Yoga! You’ll also walk away with an understanding of laughter’s stress reduction benefits and strategies for applying this at work. 1. What does workplace humour and fun look like? What is it about?
2. What are the benefits to individuals, teams and the organization?
3. How do you introduce this into workplaces where people are stressed out and overloaded with work? Whose role is it to promote fun/humour in the workplace? Is it management? HR? OD? Consultants? Everyone’s?
