Open Space Technology (OST) commonly known as Open Space enables organizations to transform and become more interactive, inspired, healthy and productive. It can accelerate projects and change processes. It creates the conditions for enthusiastic performance, creativity, collaboration and personal commitment.
Trainers Diane Gibeault, and Larry Peterson, were both introduced to the method by Harrison Owen in the early 90’s. They have 30 years of experience in facilitating meetings and transformational change in Canada and on the international scene.
