Learn about a technology that will help you create learning and understanding at the level necessary to truly affect change!
The way people tell the story of their work lives is the culture of an organization. If a culture needs to change, the way people talk about their lives at work needs to change. In our roles as cultural change facilitators (as catalysts for organizational change), how do we set about changing the way people tell their stories? How do we transfer our strategies into something that can be useful at the grass roots level? In this program, you will wrestle with this challenge first hand, in a simulation developed to bring the everyday struggles that people face head on together with their need to heal. You will discover what needs to be present in you to help those gripped in the day-to-day make the leap toward a more functional and results driven organization.
