Tools that help you assess and respond to difficult situations.
Every consultant and every manager has had to deal with difficult people and situations on a regular basis. Having some practical tools to assess the situation and design the process to use, will give you more confidence in stepping up to the plate. Duncan Holmes will explore two assessment tools and a conversation method that when combined make you more effective.
Presenters: Duncan Holmes' infectious style has made him one of the most sought after facilitators in the business. He has helped organizations and communities plan major change projects. His work in community consultation has earned him a well deserved reputation for balancing vision and pragmatism. As well as being the President of ICA Associates Inc., his current emphasis is on facilitating effective organizational change and training leaders in participatory approaches that work. Duncan teaches our courses, facilitates major projects and focuses on developing new initiatives.

Due to the nature of Connection events and Faculty Club policy, please note that pre-payment of the connection event fee can not be refunded without one week prior written notice of cancellation. Substitutions are welcome.
Cancellations received with less than one weeks notice will be billed the registration fee to cover the costs associated with your registration.
