Whether we are facilitating a large group, working with a team in trouble or delivering a keynote speech ourselves, there are always moments when the need to speak the truth can be difficult.

How do we balance workplace savvy with honesty?

How do we take risks, in the moment, to say what needs saying?

This session will be an opportunity to explore facilitation, communication, and positive risk-taking. We will combine information with opportunities for practise and discussion.

Reva Nelson is a successful facilitator, speaker and author of Risk It! and Bounce Back! She was one of the select group of facilitators at CIBC's Leadership Centre for five years and continues to work with all levels of international companies, mid-sized businesses, education and government. President of Words.Worth Keynotes and Seminars since 1985, Reva helps companies believe in their people, and people to believe in themselves.

Due to the nature of Connection events and Faculty Club policy, please note that pre-payment of the connection event fee can not be refunded without two week prior written notice of cancellation. Substitutions are welcome.

Cancellations received with less than two weeks notice will be billed the registration fee to cover the costs associated with your registration.
