With the focus on the bottom line that we see in organizations, demonstrating the ROI of OD interventions is becoming a necessary strategic lever for OD practitioners, both before, and after the OD initiative. Return on Investment (ROI) has been largely ignored in the past due to the complexity involved in showing a return on the OD initiatives, however, over time there has been a significant research and academic focus placed on measuring intangibles, that is now creating more of a case for the ROI of OD.
