Contradictions and Competing DemandsResolution Strategieswith Dave Crisp and Joanna Beyers Tuesday, February 8th, 2005 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm (Networking and light supper at 6:00 pm)
This evening join Joanna Beyers and Dave Crisp to identify the sources of contradictions at work and in our personal life, and to explore the steps we can take to resolve them constructively. We are regularly faced with contradictions and competing demands - often seemingly impossible ones! For example, organizations may officially support a 'life-work balance' yet simultaneously expect people to work 'harder and longer'. Or longer-term, sustainable goals may be sacrificed for short-term gains. What to do? How to Register: Please register by sending an email to info@accord.org, or call 416-410-3694.
